Richard Dinnis, former chief operating officer at Digital Consultants, has been named CEO at Gaithersburg, Md.-based Ardent Federal Solutions, GovCon Wire has learned.
Prior to Digital Consultants, Dinnis was COO at federal government technology services company IntePros Federal for almost eight years.
Intepros Federal is a federal services firm which focuses on information technology operations and engineering support, program support and cybersecurity.
Dinnis has also served as president and CEO of the startup DinWest Group, where he worked with the Drug Enforcement Agency, Department of Health and Human Services and NASA.
He began his business career at Columbia, Md.-based Tac Worldwide, where he rose to the role of regional manager over an 18-year career.
Dinnis holds a Bachelors degree in business management from the University of Maryland at College Park.
