Amy Bare Appointed Vistronix Business Development VP; Thomas Lydon Comments

Vistronix logoAmy Bare, formerly a director of business development at Science Applications International Corp. (NYSE: SAI), has joined Vistronix as vice president of business development.

The 16-year industry veteran will aim to help Vistronix build relationships with C4ISR customers in her new position, the national security technology provider said Wednesday.

Bare previously represented SAIC in delivering offerings to the Navy and Marine Corps and has also worked as a program manager at Saab Sensis Corp. and SPAWAR Systems Center Atlantic in Charleston, S.C.

“Amy’s extensive experience having worked both inside the fence at SPAWAR and in the business community, will help us capitalize on the overall Charleston market, as we look to leverage our capabilities in the SSC-Atlantic market, ” said Thomas Lydon, a corporate senior VP at Vistronix.

Vistronix lists her areas of experience as program management, business development and technical services.

The certified project management professional served on the Armed Forces Communication and Electronics Association’s board in 2014 and is a current member of Women in Defense.
