OPM and SBA Pick Up New CIOs in Donna Seymour and Renee Macklin

Renee Macklin has been named the new chief information officer of the Small Business Administration, Federal News Radio reports.

Macklin joins SBA from the Commerce Department’s International Trade Administration.

Jason Miller writes that her predecessor Chase Garwood will return to the Department of Homeland Security as part of the Science and Technology Directorate‘s resiliency office.

Miller also reports Donna Seymour, former deputy chief human capital officer at the Pentagon, has taken on the CIO position at the Office of Personnel Management.
