Martha Clark Goss, chief operating officer and chief financial officer at investment firm Amwell/Hopewell Holdings LLC for the past 10 years, has been appointed to the board of directors at Berger Group Holdings.
She brings more than three decades of experience as a business executive along with experience serving on corporate boards, Louis Berger said Thursday.
Previously, Goss held senior-level financial management positions at Booz Allen Hamilton (NYSE: BAH), Chase Manhattan Bank and Prudential Insurance.
She is also a board director at Allianz Life of New York, American Water Works and Neuberger-Berman Mutual Funds.
Goss earned a master’s degree in business administration from the Harvard Business School and a bachelor’s degree from Brown University, where she currently serves as a trustee emerita.
