Leidos Inks $300M Share Repurchase Deal

LeidosLogoLeidos Holdings (NYSE: LDOS) and an unnamed financial institution have reached an agreement for the company to purchase $300 million in outstanding common shares through March 2014.

Share price will determine the total number of shares for purchase over the period and the company plans to buy 80 percent of the planned stock in the near term, Leidos said Friday.
