Denise Watters Appointed HR VP at WBB; Bill McMullen Comments

wbb (1)Denise Watters, a 25-year human resources administration veteran, has joined WBB as vice president of human resources.

Her background includes work to develop and direct talent acquisition and human resources services for both long-term and tactical support to business operations, WBB said Wednesday.

Bill McMullen, WBB CEO, said Watters will lead the company’s HR department to support teams in areas such as recruiting, retention, performance management, compensation and professional development.

Watters has also managed human resources teams for local and distributed offices, including those in international locations.
