Deepak Hathiramani: Vistronix Targets Intell Tech Growth With Kimmich Software Acquisition

Vistronix logoVistronix has moved to expand its federal information technology suite by purchasing Maryland-based Kimmich Software Systems Inc.

KSSI offers customers technologies and services for analytics, cyber operations, signals processing, software development and systems engineering, Vistronix said Wednesday.

“With this transaction now complete, we are strategically positioned to accelerate Vistronix’s vision to expand our capabilities in the intelligence community, ” said Deepak Hathiramani, CEO of Vistronix, which provides cyber operations, big data and cloud computing tools for government security agencies.

Jeanne Kimmich Roberts, president and founder of KSSI, said both companies will work to bring software and systems engineering tools to customers in the signals intelligence, data analytics and cyber domains.

KSSI was founded in 1994 and employs computer scientists, software developers, and electrical and systems engineers.
