Stuart Taylor, a former director with Allen Vanguard International, has joined Sabre Systems as a senior director and national security and intelligence adviser.
Taylor will oversee market strategies and new business proposals for domestic and overseas customers’ counterterrorism, homeland security and critical infrastructure protection requirements, Sabre said Oct. 31.
He most recently served as director of business development, special operations and counterterrorism at Allen Vanguard International.
Before joining the private sector, he served 25 years in the British army and achieved the rank of warrant officer class 1 command sergeant major.
He is a director for the metropolitan Washington area chapter at the Allied Forces Foundation, which works to raise awareness and funding for troops wounded in Iraq or Afghanistan.
