Sean Berg, former head of Dell’s enterprise solutions group in the U.K., has joined the company’s U.S. federal business and will lead a team focused on the Defense Department.
His appointment is one of three moves within Dell Federal’s leadership team, as Tracy Pavillard will lead the civilian sales organization and Ray McDuffie will oversee sales to the intelligence community, Dell said Tuesday.
All three executives will report to Troy West, vice president and general manager, Dell Federal.
Pavillard will continue to lead federal channel programs and McDuffie will keep his other role as head of strategic programs for the government business, the company said.
Berg, a former infantry officer in the Marine Corps, will work to further bolster Dell’s relationships with the Pentagon and other U.S. military customers.
Pavillard joined the company in 2004 and has led efforts to grow its federal channel sales program.
McDuffie, a seven-year Dell veteran, will lead initiatives to grow relationships with intelligence customers.
