James Bach Named Berger Group COO; Nicholas Masucci Comments

James Bach, chief operating officer at the Louis Berger Group for four years, has been promoted to the COO role for the subsidiary’s parent company,  Berger Group Holdings.

Bach will oversee Berger Group’s four subsidiaries will report to Nicholas Masucci, president and CEO of Berger Group Holdings, LBG said Wednesday.

“Jim has played a key role in our efforts to transform our corporate culture and operations, ” Masucci said.

“I look forward to Jim’s continued leadership and support in achieving our corporate vision, ” he added.

Bach has also served as principal-in-charge for the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey.

He has a master’s degree in city and regional planning from Rutgers University and is a Professional Planner in New Jersey.
