Deloitte Opens Huntsville Cyber Advisory Office; Carey Miller Comments

deloitteDeloitte has opened a Huntsville, Ala.-based consulting services office in a move aimed at expanding the company’s cybersecurity presence in the area, All Alabama reported Saturday.

Lucy Berry writes the office houses between three and five employees who are responsible for Deloitte’s Cyber Huntsville program and other initiatives for working with small and mid-sized companies.

The firm aims to help customers secure networks and counter cyber threats out of the new facility, according to the report.

“The fact is cyber security impacts everything, ” Carey Miller, Deloitte & Touche LLP director and Huntsville office partner, told the publication.

Miller will serve as senior business lead and key relationship manager in Huntsville and Madison County, with responsibility for leading the recruitment of workers, AL reports.
