Lynn Swann Joins Fluor Board of Directors

FluorLynn Swann, president and founder of marketing and consulting firm Swann Inc., has joined Fluor Corp.‘s(NYSE: FLR) board of directors and will serve on the audit committee.

The addition of Swann increases the company’s board members to 13, Fluor said Monday.

“I appreciate the unique marketing perspective and personal energy he brings to the company outside of our traditional engineering and construction fields, ” said David Seaton, chairman and CEO of Fluor.

“We are pleased that Lynn has agreed to join us and look forward to working with him in years ahead, ” he added.

Swann is also board member in three other companies and is a Series 7 and Series 63 license holder.

He is a graduate of the University of Southern California and ran for the governorship of Pennsylvania in 2006.
