A subsidiary of CACI International (NYSE: CACI) will continue to help develop and analyze programs for the Expeditionary Warfare Program Office under a $14, 162, 860 contract modification awarded by the U.S. Navy.
The cost-plus-fixed-fee award covers professional support services primarily in the Washington Navy Yard office location and at three other locations, the Defense Department said Friday.
CACI Technologies will also help the office manage communication and human resources, estimate costs, operate information technology and perform other lifecycle support work
Work under the modification will occur through March 2014 and the Navy is obligating $2, 214, 000 in contract funds at the time of award.
Funding comes from both the Navy’s fiscal year 2014 operations and maintenance budget and the branch’s fiscal 2013 research, development, test and evaluation budget.
In August, CACI announced it would support the U.S. Air Force by providing the branch with expeditionary medical material support services, which CACI President and CEO Ken Asbury said “integrates closely with CACI’s strategic focus on healthcare as a high-growth area.”
