Michael Innella Named Buchanan & Edwards COO; Tony Parchment Comments

Buchanan & edwards logoMichael Innella, former head of professional services at AMERICAN SYSTEMS, has joined information technology and professional services consulting firm Buchanan & Edwards as chief operating officer.

The more than two-decade IT industry veteran will oversee operations of BE’s functional departments and business units, the firm said Monday.

Before joining AMERICAN SYSTEMS,  Innella spent 20 years at Stanley Associates and built that company’s IT practice.

“In the role of COO, Mike will bring proven leadership and deep operating experience to the task of aligning the objectives of our customers, our employees, and our leadership team to assure maximum effectiveness across the company, ” said Tony Parchment, BE president.

His roles at Stanley included lead engineer, project manager, program manager, vice president, chief technology officer, chief information officer and senior vice president.

The former U.S. Navy officer has also worked to implement enterprise products for civilian and defense customers.
