ManTech to Evaluate Navy Aircraft System Safety

MantechA subsidiary of ManTech International (NASDAQ: MANT) has been awarded an $11, 788, 957 contract option to continue performing engineering and technical support work on U.S. Navy aircraft and systems.

ManTech Systems Engineering Corp. works to analyze and diagnose system safety issues during an aircraft’s lifecycle through the design, development, production and in-service phases, the Defense Department said Thursday.

The subsidiary will work to help the Navy evaluate the reliability, maintainability and testability of aircraft under the cost-plus-fixed-fee, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract modification.

Funds will be obligated against individual task orders as the Naval Air Systems Command issues them.
