LMI to Lead Air Force Engineering, Acquisition Support IDIQ Team

LMI logoLMI has been chosen as the prime contractor prime contractor for a potential $40 million U.S. Air Force contract covering support for areas such as the Base Realignment and Closure Commission and the environment.

The nonprofit organization will lead a team of subcontractors comprising Southwest Research Institute and the University of Texas at San Antonio to compete for work under the five-year contract, LMI announced Monday

Southwest Research Institute will perform work in earth sciences, environmental sciences and certain areas of engineering.

Independent Systems Engineering and Acquisition Support contract awardees will also compete to perform work in areas such as design, construction, enhanced use leasing and sustainability.
