Anne Bouverot, CEO of London-based mobile company association GSMA since 2011, has been elected to the board of directors at the Capgemini Group.
She succeeds Bernard Liautaud, who has resigned his seat to focus on new professional responsibilities overseas, Capgemini said Tuesday.
Bouverot has also held executive roles at France Telecom Orange.
“Her very solid technological experience, particularly in the networks and telecommunications sector, as well as her international experience, will be strong assets for our group, ” said Paul Hermelin, Capgemini Group chairman and CEO.
She also serves on the board of directors at Edenred.
