LMI, Noblis Win Air Force Civil Engineer Center Support IDIQ

AC130JLMI and Noblis have won positions on a potential $40 million for systems engineering and acquisition support to the U.S. Air Force Civil Engineer Center.

The indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract’s ordering period is for five years from the date of award and contains an additional year of performance to complete task orders that could be awarded on a firm-fixed-price or cost-plus-fixed-fee basis, the Defense Department said Monday.

Program areas covered under the contract include Base Realignment and Closure, Homeland Defense Act of 2002 initiatives, environmental protection and restoration and weapons of mass destruction.

AFCEC is responsible for working with Air Force headquarters, major commands, individual bases and other AFCEC customers and government entities that perform similar missions to plan and executive programs, the Pentagon says.
