Jennifer Pugh is joining CH2M Hill as the manager of the firm’s political action committee and compliance department, where she will be responsible for developing employee programs for increased political involvement.
Pugh will also help CH2M employees stay informed as to the impact of government action and legislation on the company and advise employees on federal, state and local laws affecting lobbying and political contribution, CH2M HIll reported Sept. 13.
Prior to joining CH2M Hill, Pugh was SAIC‘s PAC administrator and legislative assistant.
“[Pugh’s] government relations career uniquely blends legislative analysis and advocacy with compliance and PAC management, ” said Howlie R. Davis, CH2M Hill U.S. government affairs senior vice president and director.
Earlier in her career, she managed a PAC and lobbying related to transportation issues for HDR, Inc., supported government affairs for the National Society of Professional Engineers and co-founded the Washington D.C. event planning firm HJ Planners.
