Nancy Killefer, Brian MacDonald Elected to CSC Board

CSC logo_GovConWireNancy Killefer, an outgoing senior partner at McKinsey & Company Inc., and Brian MacDonald, formerly president and CEO of ETP Holdco Corp., have been elected to the board of directors at Computer Sciences Corp..

CSC shareholders voted on the new board members during company’s annual meeting and they will succeed the retiring Irving Bailey II and Stephen Baum, CSC said Tuesday.

Killefer will retire from McKinsey in August after a 34-year career there, where she established and lead its public sector practice.

She is also a former Treasury Department chief financial officer and assistant treasury secretary for management.

MacDonald held the chairman, president and CEO roles at Sunoco before ETP acquired the logistics and retail firm.

He also held executive positions at Dell (NASDAQ: DELL) General Motors (NYSE: GM) and Isuzo Motors Ltd.
