Triple-i Buys System Engineering and Software Services Provider

Information Innovators IncInformation Innovators Inc. has acquired GoldBot Consulting Inc., a provider of geospatial, data mining and information analytics services to defense and intelligence customers.

Triple-i aims for the transaction to grow its portfolio of offerings for Web services, service-oriented architecture, data mining and predictive intelligence, Triple-i said June 4.

The company also intends to expand its portfolio of information technology services to federal government clients.

Landsdowne, Va.-based GoldBot was started in 2008 by Jeffrey Goldman, president and founder.

GoldBot’s employees include program managers, system engineers, premier scientists, mission domain analysts and software developers that work in areas such as data mining, geospatial information systems, service oriented architecture and predictive analysis.
