Thomas J. Manning and Judith A. Reinsdorf have joined D&B‘s (NYSE: DNB) board of directors, effective June 12.
The company expects to leverage the two executives’ management backgrounds to help further the company’s goals, D&B said June 12.
“Tom’s expertise in technology and business innovation on a global scale and Judy’s corporate governance and compliance experience will be great assets as we continue to execute our strategic growth plans, ” said Sara Mathew, D&B chairman and CEO.
Manning is a 30-year consulting and technology services veteran who served as CEO of Cerberus Asia Operations & Advisory.
Reinsdorf served as the executive vice president and general counsel at Tyco International Ltd., a pure-play security company.
D&B is a commercial information, business insights and risk management solutions provider headquartered in Short Hill, N.J.
