Deloitte Acquires Investment Bank McColl Partners

DeloitteLogoDeloitte Corporate Finance has bought McColl Partners for an undisclosed sum in a move aimed at growing Deloitte’s middle-market merger-and-acquisition services and investment banking advisory portfolio.

Nearly 70 McColl Partners members, including 13 managing directors, will join the Deloitte team through the transaction, the company said Monday.

The addition of McColl Partners professionals doubles the size of Deloitte’s corporate finance practice size and gives McColl Partners access to international firms associated with Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu.

McColl Partners co-founder Hugh McColl will also provide strategic advice for Deloitte Financial Advisory Services.

McColl Partners maintains offices in Atlanta, Dallas, Los Angeles and is headquartered in Charlotte, N.C.
