Cubic to Research Tech, Develop Concepts for Pacific Command Tests

cubic corp logoCubic Corp. has won a $6, 619, 241 contract to research technology and develop operational aspects for tactics, techniques and procedures for U.S. Pacific Command.

PACOM intends for the research to support its joint innovation and experimentation initiatives, the Defense Department said Monday.

The company will also participate in joint tests and evaluations and develop concepts under the cost-plus-fixed-fee contract.

Work will occur in San Diego through June 16, 2015 and the Navy is obligating $522, 985 in research and development funds at the time of award.
