Reed Parker to Lead Catapult Systems Washington Unit

CatapultSystemsLogoReed Parker, formerly a business development executive at Management Concept Inc., has joined Catapult Systems as general manager of the company’s Washington business unit.

He will oversee Catapult’s portfolio of Microsoft-related (NASDAQ: MSFT) technology offerings for federal and commercial clients, the company said Friday.

At Management Concept , he led a team of business development professionals who provide support to U.S. government agencies.

Before that, Parker oversaw profit and loss accounts at The Gallup Organization and led groups responsible for behavioral economics deals in energy, intelligence, defense, media, finance and aerospace sectors.

Parker started his information technology consulting career in the late 1990s at MarchFirst, a merged entity of Whittman-Hart and USWeb.
