Jenny Murillo Joins NJVC as HR Director; Jody Tedesco Comments

NJVC-logoJenny Murillo, a former human resources director at a DRS Technologies division, has joined NJVC as the company’s new HR director.

She will oversee compensation, benefits and HR information systems and work with company management to implement best practices and use data to make decisions, NJVC said Wednesday.

Murillo holds CCP, GRP and Six Sigma Greenbelt certifications.

“The NJVC leadership and I are pleased to welcome Jenny Murillo to the company’s management team, ” said Jody Tedesco, NJVC president.

While at DRS, she led HR programs for 3, 000 domestic and international employees in the company’s IDSS division

She also held senior HR positions at Booz Allen Hamilton (NYSE: BAH), ManTech International (NASDAQ: MANT) Honeywell (NYSE: HON), MCI, Baan, CarrAmerica Realty Corp. and Brynn Marr Behavioral Healthcare.

At Honeywell, she developed policies on base pay, awards, premiums and other benefits and compensation structures for the HTSI business unit.
