Iron Mountain Acquires Records Manager ISCC; Harold Ebbighausen Comments

Iron Mountain logoIron Mountain (NYSE: IRM) has acquired three records management businesses from the Information Storage Consolidation Company for an undisclosed amount, aiming to grow its storage rental portfolio.

The acquisition is intended to give Iron Mountain 1, 000 more customers in three states, the company said Tuesday.

Safe Records Center, based in Lansing, Mich., stores and destroys documents.

Archives USA, which has offices in Tyler and Dallas, Texas, handles secure storage, backup and destruction of documents.

Document Bank, headquartered in Miramar, Fla., works with clients from Dade, Palm Beach and Broward Counties.
