Alisoun Moore to Lead LexisNexis Healthcare Strategy; Haywood Talcove Comments

LexisNexisLogoAlisoun Moore, formerly of Northrop Grumman (NYSE: NOC) and Computer Sciences Corp. (NYSE: CSC), has joined LexisNexis as director of healthcare strategy and development for its risk solutions business.

Moore is also a former chief information officer for the state of Maryland and Montgomery County, LexisNexis said Wednesday.

Haywood Talcove, CEO of LexisNexis Special Services, said Moore holds two decades of health IT experience in state and local government and industry.

“She understands the burgeoning role of identity management and the use of public records in health care, and we look forward to leveraging her expertise to grow our government health care practice, ” Talcove said.

Moore joined CSC in April 2011 as vice president and general manager of the health services division within the North American public sector.

At Northrop, she served as director of health systems management for health IT programs.

Moore has also served as health IT lead for the National Association of Counties and Public Technologies Inc.
