C.E. Andrews Named MorganFranklin Consulting CEO; Ron Morgan Comments

C.E. Andrews will succeed Robert Morgan as CEO of MorganFranklin Consulting,  effective May 13.

Morgan helped found the company in 1998 and will stay active, along with co-founders Ron Morgan and Rob Franklin, in a directorial and advisory role, the company said Tuesday.

Andrews most recently served as chief operating officer at RSM McGladrey Inc. from June 2009 to March 2012 while the company was under the ownership of H&R Block.

“We are on a mission to build a world-class firm, ” said Ron Morgan.

“C.E. Andrews has seen growth in our industry from all sides and that experience is what we need, ” he added.

Andrews served in various positions at SLM Corp. (Sallie Mae) from 2003 to 2008 including president, CEO, chief financial officer and executive vice president.

He is also a 29-year Arthur Andersen veteran where he served as a partner and held leadership roles such as global managing partner of the worldwide audit and business advisory practice and managing partner for the firm’s mid-Atlantic region.
