AT&T aims to take its products and services from the commercial sector and make them repeatable for the federal space, Rajesh Natarajan recently told ExecutiveBiz in an interview.

Natarajan spoke with ExecutiveBiz as part of its continuing series of executive spotlights, where GovCon thought leaders overview their current roles and preview future trends in the market.

Prior to this current role, Natarajan led the company’s offer management group and said offer managers aim to take parts of commercial products and customize them for a specific segment.

“That was my first job at AT&T Government Solutions – to take commercial offers and then convert them to repeatable solutions and products for the federal space, ” Natarajan told ExecutiveBiz.

One customization Natarajan’s team recently developed was a new secure Internet access service for government customers, designed to fulfill security requirements, he said.

He also outlines the company’s current work in the mobility and cloud computing markets.
