Matt Allard Joins ASRC Federal Primus as President; Paul Dillahay Comments

Matt Allard, a 20-year Lockheed Martin (NYSE: LMT) veteran, has joined the ASRC Federal Primus subsidiary as president.

The 30-year government contracting veteran will be responsible for strategic, financial and management oversight of that subsidiary, ASRC Federal said Thursday.

Paul Dillahay, ASRC Federal interim president and CEO, said Allard has previously managed business development, operations and logistics teams.

Allard most recently served as division director for Lockheed’s mission and space operations and also is a U.S. Air Force veteran.

According to the company Allard holds 30 years of experience in operations, maintenance support and logistics.

ASRC Federal Primus delivers operations and maintenance, facilities management, logistics and business process support services to federal agencies.
