Boeing And Raytheon Win $103M Combined For Missile, Apache Work

BoeingLogoBoeing (NYSE: BA) and Raytheon (NYSE: LMT) have won $103 million in combined contract awards, the Phoenix Business Journal reports.

Raytheon won a $62 million order to provide additional missile engineering support to the U.S. Missile Defense Agency, increasing that contract’s total value to $657 million.RaytheonLogo

Mike Sunnucks Boeing also won a $41 million order for work on the Apache helicopter.

Al.com reports Raytheon will continue work on the Standard Missile-3 Block 1B in Tucson, Ariz. under the contract, which runs through September 2015.

The company performs integration and testing work for SM-3 and Standard Missile-6 at a facility in Redstone Arsenal, Ala.
