Raytheon (NYSE: RTN) has appointed Rebecca Rhoads, vice president and chief information officer, to lead a new organization responsible for deploying enterprise shared services across the company.
The company said Rhoads will continue serving in her current roles along with leading the new global business services group.
William Swanson, chairman and CEO, said Rhoads has let teams that handled integration of platforms across the company.
Rhoads’ team will work to integrate the company’s supply chain management, finance, information technology and human resource functions in working with internal and external customers.
The 33-year defense industry veteran advises senior management on information technology strategy and processes and also oversees relationships with IT suppliers.
