HP Declares 13-Cent Dividend

HP logo_GovConWireHewlett-Packard‘s (NYSE: HPQ) board of directors has approved a 13.2 cent-per-share dividend on the company’s common stock, for which it has nearly 2 billion shares outstanding.

The company said the dividend is payable April 3 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on March 13.

This dividend is HP’s second in its 2013 fiscal year.
