Citrix Systems (CTXS) has promoted two new executives to lead sales at the Defense Department and manage partnerships in the state and local market, according to a Washington Technology article.
Former business development manager for Defense Mark Neustadt has been named DoD sales director and will lead the sales effort in that market.
