NetApp Pricing 2017, 2022 Senior Notes at $1B

NetApp (NASDAQ: NTAP) has priced senior notes due 2017 and 2022 at $1 billion total for general corporate purposes, the company announced Wednesday.

The company priced $750 million in aggregate principal amount of its 2 percent 2017 senior notes and $250 million of its 3.25 percent 2022 notes.

Net proceeds from the notes could go to repayment of debt, capital expenditures, possible stock repurchases, working capital, potential acquisitions and transactions.

J.P. Morgan and Morgan Stanley are acting as joint book-running managers.

Citigroup Global Markets, Goldman, Sachs & Co., Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith and Wells Fargo Securities are acting as co-managers.
