Engility Names John Heller COO, John Craddock Strategic Relations SVP; Tony Smeraglinolo Comments

Engility Corp. (NYSE: EGL) has promoted John Heller to chief operating officer and John Craddock to senior vice president for strategic relations when its reorganization takes effect Jan. 1, 2013, the company said Wednesday.

The company said in September its professional support services and mission support services divisions would not form Engility’s new operating structure.

Heller currently serves as president of professional support services and Craddock holds the same title for mission support services.

“John Heller and John Craddock, as members of our senior leadership team, will be taking on important new responsibilities as part of our restructuring, ” said Tony Smeraglinolo, president and CEO.

As COO, Heller will oversee the company’s four main business groups in training and mission support services, technology services, engineering and program management support services and international development services.

Craddock will lead the company’s new strategic relations function and focus on developing relationships with customers and other government stakeholders.
