New Mexico Business Weekly reports terms of the deal were undisclosed and GAITS and PPC CEO Harry Thornsvard told the newspaper the combined company will take on the PPC name within the next few months.

Thornsvard also told the newspaper the combined company will have 350 employees with headquarters in both Albuquerque and Fairfax, Va. and total revenue of $55 billion.
