Catapult Technology Ltd. has appointed Fred Haggard vice president for technology and management solutions, according to a Washington Technology article.
Haggard will report to David Lyons, Catapult’s chief technology officer and executive vice president, and is expected to manage the integration of Kickstand into Catapult.
Both companies are owned by DC Capital Partners, which acquired Catapult in July.
Haggard is also tasked with managing the company’s proposals group on an interim basis and responding to proposal requests for government-wide acquisition contracts.
Prior to joining Catapult in 2002, Haggard served Tatitlek Corp. as director of sales and marketing.
He previously served as deputy chief of staff at the office of personnel management and worked as a special assistant for the White House Liaison in the office of the Defense secretary.
