USIS Wins Potential $889M USCIS Biometrics Contract

The U.S. Investigations Services’ Professional Services Division Inc. has won a potential $889 million contract to deliver biometric capture services for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.

USIS announced today it received the indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract with one-base year and four one-year options from the Homeland Security Department’s U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services.

The award will enable USIS PSD to provide the agency with biometric capture services to support various immigration benefits and U.S. citizenship applications at more than 130 application support centers throughout all U.S. states and territories.

Michael Roberts, USIS PSD company representative, said the company will assist USCIS in adjudicating claims and applications to help improve their operations as well as the national security of the United States.
