General Atomics Wins $297M for Contractor Logistics to Afghanistan, Iraq and Africa

General Atomics Aeronautical Systems Inc. has won a $297 million foreign military sales contract for contractor logistics support to Afghanistan, Iraq and Africa.

The contract includes program management, urgent repairs and services, configuration management, technical manual and software maintenance.

Work for the cost-plus-fixed-price, firm-fixed-price, time and materials contract is Poway, Calif. The expected completion date is Dec. 31, 2012.

The contracting activity is ASC/WIIK, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio.
