James Geisler, a former chief financial officer at United Technologies, has joined DynCorp International’s board of directors, DynCorp announced Monday.
Geisler served as UTC’s CFO for four years, where he oversaw the company’s treasury, investor relations and financial planning functions as CFO.
DynCorp Chairman and CEO Steve Gaffney said in a release Geisler brings experience in leading companies in different industries to the board.
Geisler also served as UTC’s vice president of strategy for business development and acquisitions during his 17-year career there.
He currently serves as chief operating officer and chief financial officer at CreoSalus, a Kentucky-based life-science company, and started his career at General Electric’s aerospace business.
