President and CEO Linda Hudson said Pope, who joined the company in 2007, will develop and implement a vision for enterprise shared services and Bieber will take the reins of an organization at a “critical juncture” in its history.

Bieber most recently served as leader of the shared services implementation and as acting president of the intelligence and security sector.

Bieber began his career as a systems engineer with Sperry Strategic Systems and as a civilian with the U.S. Navy.

Pope joined the company in 2007, leading the sector during the U.S. missions in Afghanistan and Iraq.
