Hart Rossman, formerly a vice president and a chief technology officer at SAIC Inc. (NYSE: SAI), is joining Amazon (NASDAQ: AMZN) in August, Rosssman has announced on his Twitter account.
“After almost 15 years at SAIC, it’s time to embark on a new adventure, ” he wrote in the post dated July 6. “In August, you’ll find me exploring the Amazon from the clouds.”
At SAIC, he had oversight and responsibility for technology strategy, vendor relations, solution development, research and development and practice leadership for cybersecurity solutions.
He also provided customer support regarding information assurance-related problems, according to the company.
The company says his domains of focus include cloud computing, mobility, consumerization, big data and analytics, national security systems and emerging trends in technology and culture.
