TASC has received a six-month extension for work on a Defense Information Systems Agency omnibus contract, increasing the ceiling for all awardees to $1.25 billion.
The Defense Department said the completion date of the Joint Interoperability Test Command contract is now Feb. 28, 2013.
DISA received eight offers for the contract through a full and open competition.
The company will provide test, evaluation and certification services for acquiring and fielding warfighter capabilities and operations at the Fort Huachuca-based JITC, Fort Meade, Md. and Indian Head, Md.
The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization at Scott Air Force Base, Ill. is the contracting activity for the multiple-award contract.
TASC also holds a spot on a potential $476 million contract to provide multiple agencies with engineering and communications services.
