Drew Cohen, Noblis

Noblis Inc. has acquired engineering and program management firm ElanTech Systems Inc., the company announced Thursday.

ElanTech provides systems engineering, program management and acquisition services to intelligence agencies.

The Falls Church, Va.-based science and technology firm said ElanTech will operate as a subsidiary and retain its own name.

Drew Cohen, Noblis’ vice president for national security and intelligence, said the acquisition combines the companies’ portfolios of services for command, control, communications, computer, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance projects.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed in the company announcement.
