ManTech Wins $46M for NAVAIR Flight Test Support; Lou Addeo Comments

ManTech International Corp (NASDAQ: MANT) won a $46 million contract to provide program management and engineering support for the Navy’s flight test operations.

The Fairfax Va.-based technology firm said the contract has a three-year performance period.

Lou Addeo, president and chief operating officer of the technical services group, said the company has provided flight test support for fixed and rotary wing aircraft for more than three decades.

Work will support the Naval Air Systems Command’s division for manned and unmanned air vehicle evaluation and will include software development, ballistics analysis and modeling and simulation analysis.

CIA veteran Dr. Dean May recently joined the company as vice president of intelligence solutions for the mission, cyber and intelligence solutions group.
