DynCorp Wins $100M Air Force Personnel Services Contract

DynCorp International LLC has won a $99, 879, 424 U.S. Air Force contract to support a personnel services program, the Defense Department announced Thursday.

The Falls Church, Va.-based contractor will support department personnel, contractors and dependents stationed in Egypt on either a temporary or permanent basis.

Those personnel support foreign military sales agreements with the Egyptian military.

This is fourth Egypt support services contract awarded by the Air Force Security Assistance Center.

Work under the firm-fixed-price, cost-reimbursable contract will occur in Falls Church.

The Pentagon expects work to finish on May 31, 2017.

Wright Patterson Air Force Base in Ohio is the contracting activity.

The company is also contracted to provide aviation theater support in Egypt under an $80 million Army task order.

The company is providing modifications, logistics support and aviation maintenance for rotary wing aircraft in Europe, Africa, the Middle East and Southwest Asia.
