DRS Wins $68M Army Tank Module Production Contract

DRS Technologies won a $68, 692, 480 U.S. Army contract to produce tank rack modules for fuel systems, the Defense Department announced Tuesday.

DRS’ sustainment systems business unit will also provide associated hardware for the modules.

DRS will perform work under the firm-fixed-price contract in St. Louis and Oregon, Ill.

The Pentagon expects DRS to complete work by Sept. 30, 2014.

The U.S. Army Contracting Command in Warren, Mich., is the contracting activity.
