ASRC Merges Primus, WTSI Subsidiaries

ASRC Federal Holding Co. merged its World Technical Services Inc. subsidiary into Primus Solutions Inc., effective Jan. 1, ASRC announced Tuesday.

Primus President Rick Payne will lead the combined businesses.

Primus assumes all rights and obligations concerning WTSI’s customers.

ASRC Federal President and CEO Ken Asbury said the company decided to merge Primus and WTSI because they have complementary capabilities in serving current and future federal customers.

Primus and former WTSI staff collaborated with government customers to establish a smooth transition.
